Counselling therapist and co-founder of Ever Therapy, Morgan’s background is in fine art and psychology and she holds undergraduate degrees in both. After several years spent traveling the world and teaching high school, she realized that her most meaningful connections with students were when they felt safe enough to open up about their lives beyond the classroom. Hoping to have more personal impact, she returned to school to complete a masters degree in clinicial counselling. Morgan has experience working in residential addiction treatment, leading anxiety support groups following an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and self-compassion model, and supporting individuals from teens to older adults in one-on-one therapy. She is trauma-informed and integrative in her approach, leaning primarily on existential, intersectional, narrative, and internal family systems therapies.
